Terms of Transportation Service

How do we ensure the safety of your freight while maintaining peak efficiency? These terms outline our mutual commitments from pickup to final delivery. Our goal is to minimize risk and maximize reliability for every partner.

1. Cargo Liability & Protection

Standard cargo liability for freight handled by FENG'S DELIVERY & STORAGE LLC is governed by federal statutes and the Carmack Amendment. We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage, but shippers must declare full value if it exceeds $100,000 per shipment. We don't take risks with your bottom line.

2. Claims Processing

If something goes wrong, we move fast. Any damage or shortage must be noted on the Proof of Delivery (POD) at the time of receipt. Formal claims must be filed in writing within 180 days of delivery. Don't wait until the trail goes cold; prompt reporting helps us resolve issues in days, not months.

3. Payment & Invoicing

Efficiency in the cab requires efficiency in the office. Invoices are issued upon delivery and are payable Net 30. We've streamlined our digital billing to integrate directly with most supply chain management platforms. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly service charge. We believe in fair pay for fair work.
